REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP #1

TEAM REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

In order to prepare a schedule that can be posted on-line prior to the start of the tournament, we are asking that all teams who intend to attend this year’s tournament reserve their spot by completing the Team Registration application and paying a Team Registration Deposit of $100.00 . Team Registration Deposit checks will be held and will be returned promptly once teams have completed registration on-line or at the time of “Check-in” after all monies and waiver documents have been received. To insure that we are holding a place for your team, your team Deposits are due no later than Friday, February 20th 2009 (Deposits are not necessary for any team who completes on-line registration prior to 2/20/2009).

STEP #2

PLAYER REGISTRATION

We encourage all teams to register by player on-line. The cost this year for the Best of the West Tournament is $30.00 for the Women’s Division and $40.00 for all Boy and Men Divisions. This registration fee covers all team charges, tournament fees, field rental costs, and officials. We also provide a group BBQ on Saturday night that is open to everyone. Players can hit the link below and go directly to our on-line registration or print out the registration form that we provide and you information will be added to your teams roster once we receive your Registration and Payment.

Coaches and Team Parents:

Please feel free to print out as many registration forms that you need and either mail them in or bring them with at the time you check in.
